Circle of Control (Your Inner Peace)
These are the only things you are responsible for. Focusing here lowers anxiety because these actions are 100% "doable."
Mental Health Application: Your morning routine, how you speak to yourself after a mistake, setting a "log-off" time, and choosing to take a walk when your brain feels foggy.
The Vibe: “I can’t control the world, but I can control my environment and my response.”
Mental Health Application: Communicating your boundaries to a client, asking for a testimonial, and showing up authentically in your network. You influence how people perceive you, but you don't own their opinion.
The Vibe: “I will show up fully, and understand that my value is not related to how it's received.”

The Vibe: “This is outside my power. I choose not to give it my limited emotional energy.”

Whenever you feel that "freelance panic" (the what-if-it-all-fails feeling), draw these three circles. Move everything from the outer circle into the bin, and pick one tiny thing in the center circle to do right now. Action is the fastest cure for anxiety!
